COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive 3030-403-1-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the S7D26DRE90L4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MXP81A01050300 manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC7B0555A3400 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand WAF20D71C6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as ATM60P4H13X13 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D26HSDT90L4 made by Sew-Eurodrive as well as the popular X50 original spares produced by Sharpe Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDX60A by Sew-Eurodrive and ATM60P4H13X13 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CRLACA1A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shibaura-Engineering. |
